Wether you want to work on your splits, improve your backbend, or work on your whole body flexibility without any special goal - I will workout the perfect program for you! 

 

My flexibility training is a mix of passive & active exercises.  It is so important to train safe and that means not just to hold the stretches for a long time, but also work on your active flexibility to train the right muscles that they can give your body the needed support.

 

I work in privates or small groups - at your home, my place (Sant Jordi), or at a nice place somewhere outside - wherever you prefer.

I am specialized in working out the perfect balance between strength & flexibility. My classes are non-dogmatic and fitness-based. Every class starts with some breathwork and ends with a relaxation. 

 

During our first session we will find out what you need to find balance - more flexibility, more strength training, or both - and then I work out a specialized program for you. 

 

I offer privates and small group trainings. Therefore I am happy to come to you, or we can meet at a nice quiet place somewhere outside, as well as at my place (Sant Jordi).

There are no requirements to start with Poledancing - if you are interested, don't think too long about it - just start!! I will start with you from "0", we will train your strength as well as your flexibility bit by bit, to prepare your for the different tricks & transitions.

 

Usually I combine tricks, dancing and floorwork, but we can also focus on what you like. In privates it's all about what you prefer. 

 

Poledance classes are available private or in small groups. I can come with my mobile pole to you or we train at my place (Sant Jordi).
